The restaurant Sala Rim Naam at the Mandarin Oriental in Bangkok will be welcoming the arrival of summer all through April with the traditional Thai dining set khao chae.

Known as one of Bangkok’s best venues for authentic Thai cuisine, the Sala Rim Naam restaurant at The Mandarin Oriental Bangkok has recently added a selection of food carts to its lunch buffet that combine classic Thai specialities with a modern reinterpretation of the traditional northern Thai-style dishes.
